A 54-year-old gentlemen 12 months post left-sided ischaemic stroke presenting to you in an outpatient setting. Reports having had a 2-month inpatient stay followed by 6 weeks of weekly home-based rehab on discharge home and nil formal therapy since. He mobilises into the clinic safely and independently with a stick with his affected arm held close to his stomach. He tells you his goal is to make himself a sandwich and coffee independently at home.
