    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for a hugely informative presentation. Those ‘key elements of a good initial assessment’ are so useful. When a complex FND client walks through your doors, it can sometimes be overwhelming, not knowing where to begin! This simple flow chart provides a great skeleton to follow and can be applied to any client. Great client videos and exercise ideas as well. Thanks for sharing.
